A very short one this time.
Grading update 2.1

2 weeks ago v2.0 of Tactical Paddles was released.
Internally this was actually Version 20 of the grading, but it was the first major overhaul.
It's not there yet, but it was closer to what I envisioned.
I've looked at the data, changes and did some analysis and added some additional rules to the grading.
It looks like the grading shifted back a little again towards the standard we saw before.
It's very minor changes really, but still, about 9% of all the grades have been changed.
A total of 18242 tracks were retrospectively graded.
1591 were given a new grade.
Most were Fair and will now show up as No Grades.
Mostly due to AW comments being a little too lightly regarded, 1 wires taken just as a 2 wire,
and lastly because you could almost have an infinitely amount of minor or medium comments until you got a No Grade.
Hopefully this will get even closer.
